It’s All About the “Snap-Back” – Help Baby Adjust to the Time Change

Daylight Savings Bedtime Are you fretting over the upcoming time change this weekend? Are you pushing your kids ten minutes every day and it’s not working? Let’s make it easy on ourselves! It’s all about the “Snap-Back!” If your baby or toddler has an age appropriate bedtime and is getting the necessary 11-12 hours of night sleep, you’re in luck! This will be a piece of cake. Let’s say bedtime is currently 6pm. This Sunday evening, put your child to bed at 5:30pm, or the equivalent of 30 minutes later than usual. Over the next 2-3 days, your child will “snap” right back on track with the new time. That’s all there is to it. Happy sleeping.
